UNICEF -Youth Advocates Open Letter Submission – Video Production (2026)

As part of our ongoing work with UNICEF Malawi, Eluby Consulting produced a video documenting the Youth Advocates’ Open Letter submission at the UNICEF office in Lilongwe.

Overview
This project focused on capturing a significant moment of youth-led advocacy, where young people came together to present their concerns, ideas, and recommendations directly to UNICEF. The video highlights the power of youth voices in shaping conversations around issues that affect them.

Assignment Objectives
The primary goal of the assignment was to:

  • Document the Open Letter submission process through video
  • Capture the voices and perspectives of youth advocates
  • Showcase youth participation in policy and advocacy spaces
  • Produce engaging content to support awareness and stakeholder engagement

Approach
Eluby Consulting adopted a storytelling-driven approach to ensure authenticity and impact:

  • Filmed the submission event at the UNICEF office in Lilongwe
  • Captured key moments, including interactions between youth advocates and UNICEF representatives
  • Conducted interviews and gathered soundbites from participants
  • Focused on genuine expressions and powerful messaging from the youth
