Eluby Consulting was commissioned by UNICEF Malawi, in partnership with the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA), to produce the official invitation video for the Foundational Learning Exchange (FLEX) 2026 Conference.

The assignment featured the Minister of Education and Science and Technology delivering an official invitation to education ministers, policymakers, development partners, researchers, and practitioners from across Africa to participate in FLEX 2026, hosted in Malawi.

Our Approach

Working closely with UNICEF and ADEA, Eluby Consulting managed the full production of the Minister’s invitation video. Our team provided professional cinematography, lighting, audio recording, and post-production to ensure the message was delivered with clarity, professionalism, and visual impact.

The production was designed to reflect the importance of FLEX 2026 while showcasing Malawi’s commitment to advancing foundational learning across the continent.
