Documenting human interest stories accross malawi

Over the past few weeks, Eluby Consulting, through our ongoing work with UNICEF Malawi, has travelled across the country documenting human interest stories that highlight the experiences, resilience and impact of communities.

From Neno to Dedza and Mzimba, our teams have been on the ground meeting people, listening to their stories and documenting moments that show how programmes and interventions are making a difference in people’s lives.

For us at Eluby Consulting, this work is about more than just taking photographs or recording video. It is about telling stories with purpose.

Every community has a story to tell. Every person we meet offers a different perspective. Whether it is a health worker supporting mothers and newborns, a young person navigating life with a chronic condition, or a community health worker contributing to better health services, our role is to capture these experiences authentically and respectfully.

Through photography, video and storytelling, we help transform moments from the field into stories that can inform, connect and create lasting understanding.

Travelling across Malawi has also reminded us of the importance of being present taking the time to listen, understand the context and capture the details that might otherwise go unnoticed.

At Eluby Consulting, we believe documentation is more than recording what happened. It is about preserving stories of people, communities and impact stories that can be remembered long after the moment has passed.

As we continue travelling across Malawi, we remain committed to documenting stories that put people at the centre and bring the realities of communities closer to the audiences that need to hear them.

Every picture has a story. Every story has an impact.
